How a sale works — from the counter to your books

  1. The sale starts. A customer at the counter — or someone who found you on your public catalog and messaged you on WhatsApp; you close the sale at the counter.
  2. Anyone on your team can sell. Several people sell at once, each on their own phone. Every sale is recorded under whoever made it.
  3. CASH or CREDIT — you choose first. Cash: the invoice is paid on the spot and you print a receipt (58mm or 80mm) to hand the customer. Credit: it goes onto the customer's account, tracked until paid. An anonymous walk-in? "CASH" takes it automatically — you're never forced to pick a customer.
  4. The goods leave your stock by themselves. What the system shows is what you really have — and your stock value can never drop below zero.
  5. Everything updates together. The sale flows into Stock, the Journal, Reports, and customer/supplier accounts — in one motion, no double entry.
  6. A return? One screen. The goods go back on the shelf, the money comes out of the drawer.
  7. At day's end, count the drawer. The system tells you what it should hold; you enter what you counted; it shows the difference.
  8. You see the whole picture anytime, from your phone. Who sold, what sold, who owes you, what's in hand, and your margin on every item.
